CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS

ALL appointments must be confirmed through my booking system FRESHA, card details are required to secure cancellation fee. You won't be charged when booking appointment, payment will be collected in salon.

 

Appointments are not secure without confirming through FRESHA.

We operate a strict cancellation policy, this is to ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently. 

 

Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the service taking place will be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment booked. 

 

Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment booked. 

PATCH TESTING

Patch tests for a colour service are a legal requirement therefor you are required to book a consultation before your colour service no less than 24 hours before your hair appointment. 

 

Patch testing is also for your own safety to make sure that you don't have an allergic reaction.
